Stephanie Hughes
Stephanie Hughes began her real estate career more than 20 years ago after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. Early in her professional journey, she had the opportunity to work closely with doctors, where she developed a strong foundation in business ownership, professional discipline, and strategic thinking.
She went on to build her own real estate company brand and played a key role in paving the way for one of the industry’s first valuation automation tools, originally known as BPO Buddy. Stephanie became licensed in July 2005 and earned her Broker’s licence in August 2008. Since then, she has facilitated the successful transfer of more than 120 real estate properties on an “AS-IS” basis as a Listing Broker.
Stephanie thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments and is motivated by being challenged daily to deliver her best work. She is known for finding innovative ways to achieve results that genuinely matter to clients who rely on her expertise. Since 2008, she has expanded her professional scope by adding fiduciary FINRA licensing, financial consulting, and advanced real estate expertise to support clients with complex and specialised projects.
As a Listing Specialist, Stephanie brings a strong background in planning, valuations, negotiations, and reporting. She provides customised solutions for both institutional and private-sector clients, specialising in AS-IS property transfers and strategic approaches designed to maximise proceeds. Her unique skill set, combined with a robust professional network, allows her to consistently deliver strong bottom-line outcomes.
Highly competitive and driven, Stephanie is passionate about building connections, breaking down barriers, and making a positive impact on everyone she works with. Outside of real estate, she enjoys coaching basketball and mentoring others on how to succeed. She approaches both life and business with enthusiasm, gratitude, and a genuine commitment to serving people and creating meaningful experiences.
