Hi, I am Samantha Marshall! I am a 27-year-old Point Loma local with a heart for people and a passion for homes. By day, I work as a home health nurse, providing compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Lately, I’ve expanded my love for helping others into the world of real estate — guiding people through one of life’s biggest decisions: finding a home they truly love. When I’m not working, you can find me out and about with my dog, staying active, exploring San Diego’s coastline, or catching up with friends over good food and better conversation. I believe home is where memories are made, and I’m excited to help others find the perfect space to build theirs.
