Kiyaki Getachew

Kiyaki Getachew holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley and a master’s in Healthcare Administration from CSU East Bay. She has spent much of her career in healthcare operations, optimizing systems, leading teams, and finding solutions that make a real difference for patients. What drives her most, though, is connecting with people, understanding their needs, and creating meaningful impact, qualities she’s now bringing into real estate. Excited to explore new opportunities in the industry, Kiyaki combines her operational expertise with a genuine passion for helping people find homes, navigate investments, and make decisions that truly matter. Curious, driven, and people-focused, she thrives on challenges, whether streamlining complex healthcare processes or guiding clients through the dynamic real estate market. Outside of work, Kiyaki enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends, traveling locally and internationally, and exploring her new passions for tennis and pickleball.
