As the General Manger of a large manufacturing company, I known haw to blend hands-on problem-solving with strategic people management—resolving issues, streamlining systems, and guiding people through procedural change with clarity and accountability. 

Now, I am expanding into real estate, applying the same principles with the added emphasis on helping families gain real estate knowledge and wealth that will last a lifetime.
